The audience and working environment decide the delivery route. A public store listing is one option; internal operations may need a different plan.
For a product customers should find and install themselves. Scope store accounts, listing assets, privacy disclosures, review responses, and support alongside the build. A submission is not a guaranteed approval date.
For staff or named business organizations. Evaluate Apple Custom Apps or Managed Google Play with your IT owner. Confirm enrollment, device management, and who receives updates before committing to this route; private distribution still needs application access controls.
For a workflow people can complete in a browser without installing an app. This can fit occasional partner access or simple forms. Test the required device features, offline behavior, and supported browsers before choosing it over native mobile.
Illustrative first scope: one crew records a job, attaches a photo, and sends it to one supervisor for approval. Before expanding, check that an offline draft survives a restart, a repeated submit does not create two jobs, and another crew cannot read the record.
