How fast do you reply?
We reply within one business day, Monday–Friday. If something is urgent, call us.
What should I include in a first message?
What you're building, who it's for, rough timeline, budget range, and any links (app, designs, repo). More context means a clearer response.
Do you require an NDA before we talk?
Usually we can discuss at a high level without one. If you need an NDA first, say so in your email and we'll review.
Do you work with clients outside the US?
Yes. We're Austin-registered (US Central) with product and engineering in Pakistan. We work with clients in other time zones when schedules align.
Is there a minimum engagement?
We work best when there's enough runway to ship a real outcome. On a discovery call or in email we'll say honestly if a smaller first step makes more sense.
How do you price work?
Scoped engagements with clear deliverables - not open-ended hourly black boxes. We'll outline options after we understand the problem.
