A build shaped around the work
Highest-frequency path, then a browser queue for leads
We prototype the highest-frequency path, define local storage and sync rules, and test interruption, retry, and offline-to-online recovery. Where a planner, maintenance lead, or exception manager needs a broader view, we pair the mobile experience with a browser queue instead of forcing every role into one interface.
01
The narrow path is the product
A terminal walkdown, a plant inspection, a maintenance photo set, or a tourism-adjacent service update. We will not shrink a Corpus Christi control room onto a phone and call it a mobile strategy.
02
iOS, Android, or cross-platform after the workflow is clear
We recommend native or cross-platform after reviewing device mix, hardware integrations, performance needs, and release constraints. The decision follows the coastal workflow and support model, not a default stack preference.
03
Maintenance leads get a browser queue, not the same cramped UI
Planners and exception managers need a web surface on the same domain model. Instrumented releases keep the team improving the workflow instead of guessing at crash or network noise.
