A build shaped around the work
Actors and privilege changes, then the highest-value journey
We identify who shares the product—program staff, founders, field partners—and where responsibility changes. From there we design a shared model, role-aware routes, and a release sequence that proves the critical journey on US Central hours.
01
Program portals and ag coordination workspaces
The shape depends on the workflow and source systems. Research dashboards, partner portals, and crew scheduling are in scope; a brochure homepage is not the default pattern.
02
Auth designed before the first public invite
We define organization, role, record, and action boundaries explicitly. Delayed partner responses should never look like a blank Lubbock console.
03
Usable at a desk and on a laptop in the field
We keep those contexts distinct while building web experiences that work for campus and West Texas ops. We do not force a marketing-site pattern onto an operational product.
