Moneta is a next-generation real estate investment mobile application created to transform the way users discover, analyze, and invest in property opportunities. The aim was to design a platform where individuals—whether beginners or experienced investors—could access accurate market insights without depending on brokers, middlemen, or limited personal connections. The app simplifies the entire investment journey by combining real-time data, intuitive navigation, and a modern user experience that empowers users to make confident financial decisions.To achieve this vision, Moneta was developed using Flutter for a unified cross-platform UI and Firebase for a secure, scalable backend infrastructure. The app delivers seamless performance across both iOS and Android, ensuring fast load times and stable interactions even when handling large, frequently updated datasets. Each module of the app—from property browsing to financial simulators—was built with a strong focus on precision, clarity, and accessibility, allowing users to evaluate investment opportunities with minimal effort.
