Tyler · Phone apps
A Tyler phone app often has to finish a visit note, a retail floor check, or a field ticket before rural signal cooperates.
We build iOS, Android, and Flutter.
Delivery includes the agreed public or private distribution route and a plan to keep the app working.

CodeCross LLC delivers Tyler mobile app development for East Texas clinic and care crews, retail field teams, and regional services that need App Store and Play–ready products. Our postal address is in Austin. Product and engineering work from Pakistan on hours that overlap US Central. We do not have a street office in Tyler, and we do not claim a Metroplex HQ.
Why a Tyler mobile page
Clinic and care phones fail when the form only works on strong wifi. Rural stretches are normal — name which screens must survive them.

Retail and field tickets need a clear owner after submit.

Choose the release route
The audience and working environment decide the delivery route. A public store listing is one option; internal operations may need a different plan.
For a product customers should find and install themselves. Scope store accounts, listing assets, privacy disclosures, review responses, and support alongside the build. A submission is not a guaranteed approval date.
For staff or named business organizations. Evaluate Apple Custom Apps or Managed Google Play with your IT owner. Confirm enrollment, device management, and who receives updates before committing to this route; private distribution still needs application access controls.
For a workflow people can complete in a browser without installing an app. This can fit occasional partner access or simple forms. Test the required device features, offline behavior, and supported browsers before choosing it over native mobile.
Illustrative first scope: one crew records a job, attaches a photo, and sends it to one supervisor for approval. Before expanding, check that an offline draft survives a restart, a repeated submit does not create two jobs, and another crew cannot read the record. This is a sample acceptance plan, not a claim about a completed client project.
Distribution references: Apple business app distribution and Managed Google Play private apps. We confirm the current requirements for your organization during scoping.

Yes, when the first release is a clear capture or handoff job. We name the visit or ticket moment that fails today, then build the smallest useful store version.
We design critical steps to finish on the device and sync when the network returns. We document which screens must survive a weak stretch.
Listing copy, privacy labels, signing, and review. Those gates are part of done. You keep the developer accounts.
